A week ago a fantastic solo golazo was scored in the United Arab Eremites which until now had escaped our attention.
Al Ain, currently best known for having prised Asamoah Gyan away from Sunderland in a surprise deal last season, recently claimed an excellent 4-0 home win over Al Fujairah as they strengthened their position at the top of the league.
The opening goal of the game was a stunner.
In the 30th minute a ball was pinged to the far left hand side, outside the Al Fujairah box, towards Al Ain forward Jires Kembo-Ekoko.
Kembo-Ekoko, a French forward who recently moved to the UAE from Ligue 1 side Rennes, was immediately under pressure after he controlled the ball, however the striker produced a moment of genius to get himself out of trouble.
Producing a Zidande turn which lead into a nutmeg on the Al Fujairah defender, Kembo-Ekoko then went on to nuts! a second covering defender before lashing a shot into the net.
Watch Jires Kembo-Ekoko’s roulette & double nuts golazo below.
