Our ongoing quest to find the best golazos from your amateur football matches has turned up a jaw-dropping overhead-kick thanks to @DavePalms.
Playing in the Capital League Eastern Division, Enfield (1893) Reserves were leading local rivals Enfield Town Reserves 3-nil after just 25 minutes, before an acrobatic moment of genius from Dean Pennant turned the tide.
The action started when Enfield (1893) failed to clear an inswinging corner from the left hand side, and the ball dangerously ballooned high into the crowded box.
When the ball finally dropped from the heavens Dean Pennant was facing away from goal, 6-yards out, and with a marker in his rear, yet that matter little as he connected with a glorious overhead-kick that burst the net.
Enfield Town Reserves went on to win the match 9-3.
