But Rennes soon replied as Sow produced his own bit of magic at the near-post to control the ball and fire the ball into the far corner. The hosts stole the victory in the final minute with a penalty from Lesage.

Vannes 2 - Auxerre 0 (Coupe de la Ligue, November 11, 2008) Auxerre’s poor form followed them into the cup, as goals from Laurent Herve (74) and Kemal Bourhani (90) were enough to give the Ligue 2 outfit a famous victory.
