Mourinho and Klopp clash
Jose Mourinho has been on pretty good behaviour of late, and has managed to avoid getting himself sent off, having been sent to the stands twice during the first half of the season.
But the Portuguese was back to his hysterical best today, as he kicked every ball from the sideline, and of course contested every decision.
He became involved in a clash with his opposite number Jurgen Klopp towards the end of the game, as the fourth official had to step in to keep the pair apart.
Mourinho already gave his version at his post-match interview, and now Klopp has explained his side of the story.
Klopp couldn’t believe that Roberto Firmino was booked for pushing Herrera away; he feels that if the ref had done his job correctly, Firmino wouldn’t have had to retaliate, as Herrera was blatantly fouling him.
And this is what he disagreed with Mourinho over, as the Portuguese was calling for Firmino to be booked.
